Ich habe Readwise seit ein oder zwei Jahren, vor allem um Highlights vom Kindle einfach in meine Textdatei-Notizen zu bekommen. Habe den Dienst sonst quasi gar nicht benutzt.

Wir sind mit den VR/XR/AR-Headsets noch in der Nokia/Blackberry-Phase. Wir sind, selbst mit dem Apple Vision Pro, noch nicht in der iPhone-Phase dieser Technik, was Headsets und Plattformen angeht.
Was meine ich damit. Die Installed Base, also die notwendige Hardware in den Haushalten und Unternehmen auf denen die Plattformen laufen, wird noch Jahre, vielleicht ein Jahrzehnt, von mainstreamartiger Verbreitung entfernt sein.
Dass der Stand der Technik noch nicht so weit ist, sieht man deutlich am Preis des Apple Vision Pro. (Bei Quest und co. sieht man es wiederum an der minderwertigen Hardware, die zu mainstreamfähigen Preisen heute möglich ist.)
